With nearly 20 years’ experience working in and leading teams across property management, business development, and operations, I’ve spent my career helping organisations evolve through clarity, culture, and better ways of working.
I have personally managed properties, held business development roles, overseen substantial rent roll growth and have built and managed high performing teams and businesses.
Alongside my consulting work, I hold senior leadership roles across the industry and regularly contribute through speaking, media, and strategic collaboration
In 2026 I launched Podium Property Management, to help improve the industry by enabling property managers to create their own financial freedom and achieve business ownership.
I am currently Deputy President of the Real Estate Institute of Australia, a Board Director for the Rise Initiative and immediate past President of The Real Estate Institute of the ACT. I was awarded ACT Telstra Business Woman of the Year (Medium and Large business) in 2020 and am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
