Properly is a custom built workforce management platform, designed exclusively for property management agencies and team members.
It highlights and promotes best practice, not only operational and legislative requirements by state, but holistic learning - helping users learn to prioritise, deal with difficult situations, triage, manage conflict, take care of their mental health, wellbeing and one another.
Properly was born out of a vision to provide a support for my own Property Management team. Recognising the significant gaps that exist in the property management industry for scalable, relevant and interesting onboarding training for new starters, as well as a platform to enable experienced property managers to get to the next level, I teamed up with highly respected Canberran author, publisher and entrepreneur, Chris Hansen, to bring Properly to life.
There are currently 70 modules across six core streams so your whole team knows what success looks like.

I’ve always held the belief that if you can give, you should. Whether that’s sharing experience, knowledge or financial support, and thus the Collectively fund was established.
As a passionate and proud Canberran, I have a vested interest to contribute to the livelihood, growth and sustainability of our community.
Working with Hands Across Canberra, the Collectively fund is designed to support initiatives and charities focussed on housing, women and children and domestic violence.
